1. EGGS

Eggs contain a good amount of calories, fat and protein and are a popular food among people who wish to increase their weight. Simply eat the white part of about three or four eggs daily. You can eat egg white omelettes or scrambled egg whites for breakfast daily for at least one month.

2. BANANA & MILK

Bananas are full of calories and contain high amount of carbohydrates and potassium that give you instant energy. Who so ever want to gain weight so that person must need to eat a banana daily in the morning with a glass of warm milk.

3. MANGO & MILK

My first fitness tips for women is better mental focus. When many people on the treadmill and they have to do hour long workout so they likely read a magazine or listen to music or do something else to distract there mind where they go through dredger task of working out but when you are weight training you are forced to focus on what you are doing because you have to pay attention to your form your breathing your tempo your rep counts and all of that stuff that’s really important and really body changing.

Working out isn’t just for your body it’s for your mind as well so these little sessions of mental practice and mental focus help your mind get sharper as well so you can continue your daily routine perfectly.

Women get bulky muscles from pumping themselves full of excess calories and sometimes some from anabolic substances. 1. Cardio is the only way to lose fat

The only way to lose weight is cardio the reason this is false because you will see lots of guys and girls step into the gym and they are going to step cardio machine for hours of the day every for months on end and you are not going to see their body composition change whatsoever because what’s happening is they are not actually taking care of themselves outside of the gym. They don’t eat whatever they want at home and then they will come in and think if they do cardio they are going to lose bunch of weight now what you have to do is remember calories in calories out process so if you are taking in more calories than you are actually burning off and you are not going to see any change in your body so make sure you are not only take care of your cardio. Also take care of proper nutrition as well as there’s many other ways of burning calories like lifting weight.
